Dear Ramin Guluzade! I sincerely congratulate you and all the employees of the industry on the occasion of December 6 - the professional holiday of employees in the field of communications and information technologies.
The
reforms founded by national leader Heydar Aliyev and successfully continued by
President Ilham Aliyev have brought great success to the development of the
communications and information and communication technologies sector in our
country. The access of the country's population to the opportunities of
information technology in all spheres of life, the provision of the most
important services in the rapidly evolving digital age are important steps in
this direction. The work done in the country to ensure transparency, improve
scientific and technical support and staff training has created favorable
