ATUC transferred 350,000 manat to the Armed Forces Assistance Fund

As a result of provocations and shelling of our settlements by the Armenian armed forces since September 27, our servicemen, as well as civilians have been killed and wounded.
The
glorious Azerbaijani army responded to Armenia's actions beyond civilian
values, destroyed a large number of enemy forces and military equipment, and
returned a number of occupied territories and strategically important heights.
These days, when successful operations
are carried out under the direct leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief,
President Ilham Aliyev, enterprises and organizations, companies, individuals
and non-governmental organizations operating in the country provide assistance
to the army by various means.
In this
regard, by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Confederation of
Trade Unions of Azerbaijan dated October 5, 350,000 manat was donated to the
Fund for Assistance to the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.
In
addition, by another decision of the Executive Committee, 50,000 manat
financial assistance was provided to the Trade Union Council of the Nakhchivan
Autonomous Republic in order to provide assistance to the families of martyrs
living in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic who died heroically as a result of
fighting.
