"This statement is our glorious victory. I am glad to give this good news to the people of Azerbaijan today."
This was stated by President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief
Ilham Aliyev in his address to the nation.
"I think that one of the reasons for signing this
statement is our brilliant victory, our historic victory, the liberation of
Shusha from occupation, Shusha is the crown of Karabakh!" The liberation
of Shusha has great political and strategic significance, as well as great
moral significance. We have returned to Shusha, we have returned Shusha, we
will live in Shusha and life will boil in all other lands liberated from
occupation. "People will return to those lands, live there, and the
30-year longing of our people will end," the head of state said.
