To the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev
13 Nov 2020
Dear Mr. President!
You have signed a victory that will live forever in the history of Azerbaijan, which is thousands of years old and has given countless victorious commanders and wise statesmen to mankind. You have returned Karabakh, which has been under enemy occupation for almost 30 years, to its owners - the people of Azerbaijan. You have made November 10 a date.
You have
sanctified. Your victory is based on your iron will and the great trust and
unshakable trust of the people in you. From the first day you came to power,
you knew very well that history has placed on you the mission of developing
Azerbaijan, uniting the people around itself, developing our state. Today, no
one can deny that you have adequately coped with this extremely difficult
mission and managed to create a developed state with great prestige in the
international arena. No one ever doubted that you would fulfill this mission.
When the people entrusted you with the highest post of the state, they knew
very well that you were brought up by a great man - our national leader Heydar
Aliyev, mastered his political course and mastered his ideas of Azerbaijanism.
You
returned Karabakh to our people. By returning Karabakh, you have shown the
world the strength of our state. You have shown the unity of our people. You
have shown that no force can stand in front of us. No force can turn us away
from the right path.
Dear Mr.
President!
Especially
on November 8, the liberation of Shusha, the spiritual temple of our people and
the symbol of our culture, from the Armenian occupation was a celebration of
our invincibility. You have restored our pride, our pride, our dignity and our
honor.
During
the war, our brave Army carried out the tasks of the wise Supreme
Commander-in-Chief, its military strategy with determination and high
professionalism. Today, the victory achieved under your command, the military
operations carried out are studied all over the world, both in terms of
technical capabilities, as well as operational steps, preparation and
implementation of operations.
You, Mr.
President, have always been innovative. You have approached the development in
the world in a creative way and skillfully applied it in your activity. We have
been seeing this for many years in the economic, social and cultural life of
our country and we are experiencing the results. The Patriotic War demonstrated
your extraordinary military innovation not only to the people of Azerbaijan,
but to the whole world. From the first days of the war, our Armed Forces, of
which you are the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, have developed a new method of
warfare against the Armenian army. New technologies, new strategies,
uninterrupted supply put the enemy in a dilemma. You have proved that new,
modern military technologies ensure victory when the military is united by
morale along with combat capability.
You have
performed a real miracle in a very difficult situation, in which power prevails
over international law, and injustice is overshadowed by justice. You
persevered under the influence of great powers. You have shown an iron will.
You only trusted our people. You did not compromise the interests of the
people. No force could withstand your power. Your war of truth and freedom has
finally ended with the shameful defeat of Armenia with the Tripartite Declaration
signed on November 10. It was a victory of truth. This was the victory of the
Azerbaijani people, the Azerbaijani Army, its Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham
Heydar oglu Aliyev.
On my
own behalf, on behalf of thousands of trade union members, I express my
gratitude and appreciation to you. God bless you! You have gone down in history
as the commander and honorary not only of the present generation of our people,
but of all future generations.
