President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev addressed the nation in the morning of October 17. The President noted that the villages of Gochahmedli, Chimen, Musabayli, Pirahmadli, Dadali, Ishigli, Juvarli and the city of Fizuli were liberated from occupation.
