Winners of the Republican review-competition "The best enterprise (organization) of the year for the creation of healthy and safe working conditions" are awarded

"Aviation Workers' Trade Unions (AWTUs) have always been at the forefront of safe work. This priority is primarily due to the specifics of the industry.

Asadov, Chairman of the Republican Committee of the ECHR, said this at the
awarding ceremony of the winners of the Republican review-competition held
under the motto "The best enterprise (organization) of the year for the
creation of healthy and safe working conditions." He added that although
safe working conditions are one of the main criteria, there are enterprises
that achieve better results in this area. We have to stimulate other companies
by distinguishing the best.
The
chairman also said that the stimulation is not limited to competition. As it is
known, all our member organizations conclude collective agreements with the
company's management. The agreements contain extensive sections on labor
protection. The implementation of the obligations under these sections is
monitored by the relevant bodies of both the enterprise and the trade union.
Control is carried out through raids, inspections in accordance with the
pre-established schedule. Various educational events, including seminars and
round tables are organized.
As a
result of all these measures, a serious approach to labor protection,
thankfully, no deaths have been registered in our industry.
Mubariz
also shared with the participants the joy of the 44-day Patriotic War, which
ended with the victory of the Azerbaijani Army on November 10. He congratulated
them on this occasion. "The people must continue the success of our Armed
Forces in our civilian lives," he said. We have seen with our own eyes
what economic power is capable of. A strong economy became the foundation of a
strong, invincible army. We must work with greater enthusiasm for the dream of
a stronger Azerbaijan, and spare no effort to make our country one of the most
advanced countries in the world.
At the
end, Asadov presented the ATUC Diploma and valuable gifts from the Republican
Committee to Adil Gahramanov, Deputy Director of Ganja International Airport,
Chairman of the Trade Union Committee on a voluntary basis.
Adil Muallim
thanked the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation, its chairman, MP Sattar
Mohbaliyev for the attention and priority of workers' health.
