National Leader's anniversary was commemorated

On May 8 Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation held an event on the occasion of the national leader Heyde3r Aliyev's 95 th anniversary.

Trade Unions Confederation, MP Sattar Mohybaliyev spoke about the Great
Leader's valuable works done for people of Azerbaijan his trusty activities,
and successful steps made by the country for independence and democracy during
the period of this leadership.
S.Mohbaliyev stated that establishment
of modern Azerbaijan society, independent state state of Azerbaijan is directly
related to the Great Leader Heyder Aliyev's name. Heyder Aliyev became a
national leader because he never remained unconcerned about the problems of the
people and state in challenging and complicated political conditions. Yet in
1969 from his first days of leading Azerbaijan, future activities and steps to
be realized by the Great Leader Heyder Aliyev for the development of the
Republic of Azerbaijan and people were clear. He noted that leading of the
government by inexperienced forces in the first years of independence caused a
danger for break of the country and loss of statehood. Brutal war was
overshadowed in the republic where civil war was going to happen. In such a
complicated period people made a wise decision and demanded Heyder Aliyev's
return to power. And this return was an essential factor in preserving
nationality and independence. Azerbaijan salvaged from a real danger of
disappearance as a state and from the world map. Our independence became
eternal and immutable.
