The Maarifchi Student Loan Fund received AZN 50,000

"Maarifchi" Student Credit Fund was established by the initiative of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the state higher education institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
. The
mission of the Foundation is to provide loans to students from low-income
families and create equal opportunities for higher education.
This
year, the Republican Committee of the Free Trade Union of Educators of
Azerbaijan (ATIAHI) provided assistance to the Maarifchi Student Loan Fund in
the amount of 50,000 manat.
One of
the main directions of the activity of the Republican Committee of the Free
Trade Union of Educators of Azerbaijan is the organization of social protection
of youth, the implementation of measures to create equal opportunities for
them. Every year to improve the social situation of young people, the
development of mass physical culture and sports among young people, the
identification of talented young people, the creation of conditions for the
development of their talents and abilities, increasing the interest of young
people in science and education. Important measures are being taken to carry
out military patriotic education.
Competitions,
competitions in various sports, intellectual games are organized, financial
assistance is provided to members of the union in need. In order to improve the
social situation of young people, free lunch is provided for low-income
students at the expense of the Republican Committee of the Free Trade Union of
Educators of Azerbaijan.
It
should be noted that since 2016, the Republican Committee of the Free Trade
Union of Educators of Azerbaijan has provided assistance to the
"Maarifchi" Student Loan Fund in the amount of 300,000 manat.
