be noted that the new political realities in the South Caucasus. It has also
formed a new economic landscape in the region. An effective solution to the
conflict, which has lasted for more than 30 years, is a strategic indicator of
the region's security and commercial attractiveness. Also, the liberation of
our lands from occupation has opened additional economic opportunities for our
country. It is known that. These territories have great economic potential, and
Azerbaijan will certainly benefit from this potential. The integration of these
areas into the country's overall economy, the opportunities of newly created

dynamics of development of the Azerbaijani economy has never been observed in
any country in the world. However, the five National Priorities set by the
President for the socio-economic development of the country in the next decade
will take this development to a completely new, higher level. A steadily
growing competitive economy means achieving a high level of per capita national
income by creating a sustainable and high rate of the country's economy,
creating high-income jobs on this basis, and improving people's living
standards every year. Also, the implementation of this priority will increase the
share of the private sector in the financing of the non-oil sector and increase
the share of the non-oil sector in the economy. A society based on dynamic,
inclusive and social justice - with the realization of this priority, every
citizen will benefit from development, including increasing wages and ensuring
a decent level, high and fair social security, minimizing poverty and
unemployment in the country. At the same time, this priority envisages the
balanced development of the capital and the regions, and for this purpose to
fully involve the existing labor force and all resources in economic turnover
in order to further increase economic activity in the regions. Competitive
human capital and the space of modern innovations - the main goal of this priority
is to form a highly competitive human capital of our country to be ready for
growing competition in the world in the coming years. For this, the focus is on
modern education, a fertile environment that promotes innovation, and human
health. The great return to the liberated territories, of course, implies a
very important process, such as ensuring the territorial integrity of the
country and ensuring the return of people displaced from their native lands
during the occupation to their homeland. This priority will be a bridge for the
sustainable settlement of our citizens in the liberated territories and the
integration of these territories into the economic activity of the country.
