Distinguished young people were awarded the title of "Professional young man of the year"

A ceremony of rewarding young people awarded with honorary title "Professional youth of the year" was held in Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (AHIK) on the results of 2018.
Fifty talented young people with high
professional training, active participation in social life, labor discipline,
as well as high level of knowledge and art experience have been honored with
Honorary Diplomas, badges and certificates of AHIK.
Speaking at the event, chairman of the
AHIK, MP Sattar Mohbaliyev said that the definition of the state policy
regarding Azerbaijan is connected with the name of national leader Heydar
Aliyev.
He noted that on February 2, 1996, at
the initiative of national leader Heydar Aliyev, in order to raise the
activeness and responsibility of the Azerbaijani youth in the future
development of the country, to facilitate exchange of views among young people
living in the capital and regions, open communication with government agencies
and government representatives. The first forum of Azerbaijani youth was held.
Sattar Mohbaliyev said that currently
one third of trade unions in our republic are young people under the age of 35.
One of the important issues is the close involvement of such a great force in
the organization's work.
Trade Unions are working to ensure that
young people are active in the existing structure, to be represented in leading
bodies, and to protect the rights and interests of young people working and
educating. All agreements and collective agreements concluded for this purpose
include the relevant sections and commitments related to youth.
Today, according to the results of last
year, 50 young talented young people with the title "Professional Young
Professionals of the Year" will be awarded with Honorary Diploma of the
AHIK, Badge Badge and Craft.
