AHİK launches new campaign: sends grocery gifts to 3,900 low-income families in 76 cities and regions of the country

According to the decision of the meeting of the Executive Committee of Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation on March 11, 2021, it was decided to send grocery gifts to 3,900 families in need of special assistance and care.
On March
17, truck caravans organized by the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan
in accordance with the measures taken to provide material and moral assistance
left for 76 cities and regions of the country to deliver grocery gifts. Local
trade union activists will attend the action, which will cover all regions of
Azerbaijan.
By the way, during the
coronavirus pandemic, on April 29, 2020, Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation
sent 68 tons of food to 3,900 families living in 76 cities and regions of the
country to provide material and moral assistance to low-income families.
