At the Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations, the courses on the role of information in the development of trade union organizations, the organization and motivation of its membership, and its image enhancement were taught at the professional development courses that lasted until December 18.
Also, presentation skills were taught. 45 participants
attended the courses.
In total, 30 courses were held during the year. 835 trade
union leaders and activists are involved in these courses. This is much more
than it was intended. In 2019, for the first time, courses on trainer-teacher
training were organized.
Of the listeners, 468 were chairman of the IEC, and 374
were members of the IEC. 94 of the activists are students and young people.
They are: “Motivation of Youth Trade Union Membership”, “Social Partnership as
a Basis for Effective Implementation of Youth Policy”, “Democratization of
Trade Union Life and Involvement of Trade Union Members in Trade Union
Organization,” "," Management of Trade Unions: Technology and
Efficiency "," Effective Leadership in Trade Unions ".
Specialists from ministries, state committees, other
agencies and employees of the Republican Committee of Labor and Social
Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of
Uzbekistan delivered lectures.
As it is known, the leader or activist of a trade union
is faced with problems at some point. Therefore, psychologists were also
invited to increase the effectiveness of the educational process. In addition,
some training courses have included the following topics: “Strategy and tactics
for conflict situations. Communication Skills ”,“ Speaking and Speaking in the
Auditorium ”,“ Time Management and Strategic Planning ”,“ Psychological
Instruments of Time Planning ”,“ Negotiation as a Type of Interpersonal
Communication ”,“ Conducting Conversations. Manipulations in the negotiation
process ”,“ Teamwork. The concept of "team", "Psychology of
positive image as a psychological psychological category", "Ethical
behavior", "Stress management and anxiety elimination".
All participants of the course were familiarized with the
activities of the Academy, organization of the educational process, and
structural units.
