He was born on May 1, 1965 in Goychay.
He graduated from International High School No. 3 in 1982.
After graduating from high school in 1982, he was employed at the Goychay Agricultural Enterprise.
He enlisted in the army in 1983.
In 1986 he entered the Baku Food and Industrial Technical School. After graduating from the technical school, in 1989 he entered the correspondence department of the Azerbaijan Technical University.
In 1986, he was hired by the Baku Taro-Assembly Company. In 1989, he worked as a locksmith at 26 plants named after the Baku Commissar. In 1993-1994 he worked as an engineer in the Baku Caucasus Energy Production Association, in 1994-1995 as a manager in the magazine "Marketing-XX".
From October 22, 1997 he worked as an agent in the Aviation Security Service of the Aviation Security Department. In July 2006, he was elected chairman of the aviation security department's trade union committee.
On September 10, 2020, by the decision of the IV Plenum of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Aviation Workers, he was elected chairman of the Republican Committee.
He is married. He has 2 children.
