Dear Congress participants! I cordially greet you and congratulate you on the occasion of the commencement of work of our further supreme meeting. Azerbaijan Trade Union has passed through the great historical development way and became one of the leading institutions of the society for the large-scale activity in the years of independence. Today, Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation- the most massive public organization in our republic plays a significant role in the provision of citizens’ social rights. Nowadays, the foundation process of legal state isn’t able to be imagined with the absence of the trade unions.
