The Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences was donated to the Yashat Foundation by the Free Trade Union and the First Organizations

On the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated December 8, 2020, in connection with the protection of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the "YASHAT" Foundation was established to support the families of the wounded and martyrs.
The
purpose of the fund is to create an appropriate platform for the implementation
of civil society initiatives to provide additional support to the measures
taken by the state in the field of social protection of martyrs' families and
persons with disabilities as a result of military operations, ensuring
transparency, accountability and public control.
For this
purpose, the Free Trade Union of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences
and the First Organizations also provided financial assistance to the fund in
the amount of 16,000.00 (sixteen thousand) manats.
