Chairman of the Republican Committee of Azerbaijani Trade Union Committee, Jamila Sattarova, who opened the event, informed about the activities of the committee and the organizational issues on the agenda from the previous plenum
Speaking about the social dialogue and
its social welfare, Sattarova noted that this is a special form of social
relations based on mutual trust, equality and mutual responsibility. From this
point of view, its development and wider use in practical activities is one of
the key tasks that defines the strategic line of trade union activities. The
final outcome of successful social dialogue is the conclusion of trilateral or
bilateral agreements on the basis of reciprocal agreements reached by the
parties.
C. Sattarova also added that at the end
of each year recommendations were drawn up reflecting the position of the
Republican Committee collective agreements and sent to the city, district and
first Trade Union Committees.
The speaker, who has identified some
deficiencies in the research, has made it clear that in many district
committees there are simple, arbitrary mistakes and slogans in the formulation
of collective agreements and agreements, and no bilateral committees are set up
for negotiations.
The contents of the agreements and
contracts are repeated annually, and sometimes the samples submitted by the
Republican Committee and delivered to the place are submitted for signature
without any changes or additions.
