The conference on "Our will the future of the labor sphere" was launched in Baku

Conference on "Our will the future of the labor sphere" started its work on September 12, 2017 in Baku. It was jointly held by the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation and the the International Labor Organization.
The conference was opened by Gotcha Alexandria,
specialist of the ILO Labor Office. It was stated that the main goal of the
conference is to identify ways, establishment and protection of social justice.
He said that great changes took
place in businesses of world countries irrespective of the development during
last decades. These changes have several dimensions of measurement:
globalization and technical innovation, the causes of changes in production,
increasing inequality, democratic change, migration, climate change and
stagnation since 2008.
Director of the Moscow ILO Regional Office Olga
Kulayeva and labor protection specialist of the same Bureau Valentin Mocanu
stated that the world is anxiously monitoring the future of the social and
economic situation of workers and this
process is going slowly in poorly developed countries. In the developed
countries, the process of population migration will occur much faster.
