decide:
In accordance
with the 36th Article of the Labor Code of the Republic of
Azerbaijan , the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic, Azerbaijan Trade
Unions Confederation and Azerbaijan National Confederation of Entrepreneurs
(Employers') Organizations sign the General
Collective Agreement for the years 2016-2017 (the files attached).
