Khalilov Maharram
He was born in 1958. He graduated from Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Russian Language and Literature named after M. F. Akhundov.
He started his work activities at secondary school as a teacher. In 1989-2004 he was working at “All-Union Oil Scientific Research Institute”, “Telli” small enterprise, “In defense of the Caspian Sea” and “Azerbaijan army” newspapers, Absheron region of forest planting and Nasimi District Veterans Council in various positions. In 2004 he became a chairman of the Committee of Absheron region of Azerbaijan Trade Union of the Municipal Workers and he was elected Chairman of Azerbaijan Trade Union of the Municipal Workers in February, 2011.
He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party.
He is married and has 2 children.
