Preparation for the International Labour Conference

14-15 April in PortugalL , Lisbon was held a preparatory meeting of the International Labor Conference.
The agenda of the event
organized by the International Trade Union Confederation, the Human Rights
Department, Pan European Regional Council as well as in jointly with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, a few
questions were put forward. April 14
were presented the priorities of the ITUC. Priorities of countries and
companies in the region were discussed. During the discussion, proposals
were put forward and comment.
The next challenge was related
to the presentation of the ITUC project for 2016 on human rights in the trade
unions. Then was the discussion of the human rights strategy in the
trade unions. For 2016 was organized action plan for the organization of
networking. Further comments and suggestions were made to the plan. In the end,
the plan was approved and adopted.
April 15 began with a
discussion of the key elements of the International Labor Conference held in
2015, as well as the revised reports for 2015. Then participants continued work
in groups. At t he groups were investigated topics provided by the ITUC.
There were suggested personal offers due to the topics. Collectively were selected and identified the most productive of
these proposals.
At the
general meeting it heard a report of issues prepared by the group. Among those invited to the conference was
Deputy Chairman of the Confederation of Trade Unions Agil Dadashov as well as
deputy head of the department of international relations Fuad Mammadov
