Trade Union Workers of "Baku Steel Company" LLC established on 6th October of 2004 year. Since 2010 "Baku Steel Company" has been functioning under the title of LLC Trade Union Workers.
Trade Union Workers of "Baku Steel Company" LLC has more than 1800 members which working at "Baku Steel Company" and "Baku Oxygen Company" Open Joint Stock Company.
Supreme body of Trade Union Workers of "Baku Steel Company" LLC is a conference and it is summoned once in 5 years. Inter conference period, supreme body of Trade Union Workers of "Baku Steel Company" LLC is an Assembly. Executive Committee elected with the aim of holding current matters.
Collective Bargaining signed for 2010-2012 years, is being used in order to regulate labour, socio-economic, living and other matters between employer and labour collective.
