Aligulu Guliyev
He was born in 1945. He graduated from Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute in 1973.
He began his labor activity as a mill mate at Baku Electrical Machines Factory in 1964. He worked as a supervisor, head of department, chief of workshop, chief mechanic at Central Electrical Foundry in 1968. In 1990 he worked as a head engineer at 17th Establishment of "Occupation forming agriculture construction" trust. He worked as an engineer and then as a head of international economic relations department at Baku Steel Plant. From 1998 to 2004 he worked as a head of energetic service at "Baku Steel Company". In 2004 he was elected a chairman of Trade Union Workers of "Baku Steel Company" LLC.
He is the member of ATUC Assembly and Executive Committee. In 2005 by the order of the President of Azerbaijan Republic he was awarded with “Tereqqi” medal and "100th Anniversary Medal of ATUC" in 2008.
He is married and has 2 children.
