Production figures are rising and businesses and employees are increasing.
The report also states that in order to address employment issues, first, informal labor relations should be regulated. Permanent employment contracts should be concluded and indefinite employment contracts should be replaced by fixed-term contracts.
Negotiations with our partners often yield positive results when designing a collective bargaining agreement between our member offices and businesses. This also increases the authority of the trade union members. The speaker said that the best example agreement between Holcim companies was that of Holcim-Azerbaijan OJSC - trade union.
