The
chief technical inspector of the union, Aliaddin Mammadov said that during the
inspections at the enterprises and organizations no serious violations were
revealed. Joint activities with the heads of enterprises and organizations have
been significantly enhanced, with extensive concessions and privileges being
made in the conclusion of collective agreements. The work of enlightenment has
become regular. Thus, seminars and roundtables on "The role of trade
unions in the conclusion of collective bargaining agreements in organizations
and organizations", "Production development - depend on social
issues" were organized by our union. The seminars said that both employer
and employee benefit from the implementation of collective agreements. Healthy
working conditions are created. Production figures are rising and businesses
and employees are increasing.
The report also states
that in order to address employment issues, first, informal labor relations
should be regulated. Permanent employment contracts should be concluded and
indefinite employment contracts should be replaced by fixed-term contracts.
Negotiations with our
partners often yield positive results when designing a collective bargaining
agreement between our member offices and businesses. This also increases the
authority of the trade union members. The speaker said that the best example
agreement between Holcim companies was that of Holcim-Azerbaijan OJSC - trade
union. This has become possible thanks to the advice and advice of the Trade
Union “Inshaat-ish”.
He encouraged other
member organizations to benefit from this example.
The parliament has
approved the 2020 budget and staffing schedule and work plan.

awarded honorary decrees for their differences in employment and social
activities.
