Baghirov Fazail
He was born in 1955. He graduated from the physics faculty of Azerbaijan State University in 1983.He started his labour activity at Baku refrigerator factory as a worker in 1976. In 1983-1987 he was working at “Azernegliyyattikinti”enterprise as a worker, team leader, and commandant. In 1987-1991 he was the director of “Gerenfil” boarding-house of Azernegliyyattikinti” and a deputy of chief at Construction and installation of floating stacks. In 1991 he was elected an instructor and head of organizations and the housing department, in 2000 deputy chief, and in 2005 he was elected a Chairman of Azerbaijan Independent Trade Union Republican
Committee Railway-Workers
He is a member of Assembly and Executive Committee of ATUC.
He was awarded with the medal of “Taraggi”, the medal of “100th anniversary of ATUC”, the medal of “For merit to Trade Union” and the breast medal of “Honored Railway Worker”.
According
to the order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic dated 21.10.2015
Fazail Aghammad oglu Baghirov was awarded with the “3rd degree
military service” order.
He is married and has 3 children.
