Azerbaijan Trade Union Republican Committee of State Organization and Public Service Workers held its plenary session

On December 24, Azerbaijan Trade Union Republican Committee of State Organization and Public Service Workers held its next plenary session. Chairman of the Republican Committee Hikmat Osmanov noted that the essence of our activity is the protection of workers rights.
It was noted that the number of membership of Azerbaijan Trade Union Republican Committee of State Organization and Public Service Workers had increased to 1522 people. Newly established 2 trade unions organizations joined in to the service of the Republican Committee. Sectoral Trade Unions combine in its ranks 14 united, 76 regional and city and 53 initial organizations that are directly connected to the Republican Committee. The total number of members has reached 76000 people. Sectoral collective agreement was signed with 22 ministries, state committee and other central bodies. Honorary diplomas and gifts were presented to the successful trade union leaders. Vice –chairman of Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation Javanshir Alkhasov made a speech at the plenary session.
