was born in Nehram He
has been studied at secondary school number 1 of Nehram village of Babak region
since 1986- for 1996.
He
has been studied on the Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Political
Administration of State Administration Academy under the President of
Azerbaijan Republic since 1999 for 2003.
He
has been studied at Institute of Political Sciences of Grenoble in France since
2003 for 2004.
He
studied on Master’s level on the specialty of Theory of World Political
Processes and International Relations at State Administration

He
started work activity since 2000. He held positions of correspondent at “Independent
Azerbaijan” newspaper, chairman of local organization of Sabail district of
Young Patriots Union, vice chairman of first territorial organization of State
Administration Academy of New Azerbaijan Party, vice chairman of Youth
Organization of Sabail district of NAP, specialist of General and Staff
Department at State Committee on Affaires with Azerbaijani people living in foreign countries, advisor of
sector of East European Countries then advisor of the department on propaganda,
information and analytic analysis, further, advisor of the sector on Eastern
European Countries of II Department.
He
has been holding position of the Chairman of Public Union “Political
Enlightenment”, registered officially at the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic
He
has been assigned to the position of Vice Chief of the Department of
International Relations, Head Advisor at the Unit of Protocol Service of the
Department of International Activity of the Ministry of Emergency Cases since
2003.
He has been assigned to the position of Chairman
of Trade Unions for the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Cases since
February of 2014.
