In 1988 he graduated from the Accounting Faculty of Baku
Financial Credit College.
He began his career in 1981 as an employee in the
construction department of PMK-101 of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan and
held various positions. Inspector of State Revenue, Chief Inspector of the
Financial Department of Babak district of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Senior State Tax Inspector of the Tax Legislation and State Price Control
Department of the Babek District State Tax Inspectorate. Representative of the
Head of Babak District Executive Power on Nehram village unit. He was Deputy Director
at Azer Yapi Market LLC.
On September 11, 2018, he was elected Chairman of the
Trade Union of Customs Officers of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan is a member of the Trade Union Confederation
Assembly and the Executive Committee.
He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party.
He is married and has four children.
