Ministry of Emergency Situations held a workshop on Occupational Health and Safety at the Azerbaijan State Institute for Occupational Safety and Security on November 19 at the initiative of the Trade Union.
The
seminar was attended by chairmen of trade union committees operating at the
Ministry's apparatus, agencies and regional centers.
The purpose of the event was to draw the
attention of the heads of ministries and regional centers to the issues of
occupational safety and health.
Opening the event, the chairman of the
Union, Mehman Ismailov, spoke about the results of the public review of the
workplace in 2019, and spoke about the measures taken by the trade union in the
area of labor protection.
