Hasan Jafarov was born in 1956.
He graduated from Moscow Higher Technical School named after N.E.Bauman. He began
his work at Special Transport Service factory of the Ministry of Public and
Communal Service as a head foreman. Since 1982 he worked at the Republican
Committee of Local Industries and Public Services Workers as an instructor, in
1983-1986 at the Council of Azerbaijan Trade Unions as technical inspector of
labor, in 1986-1989 as a technical inspector of environment at the Central
Council of All-Trade Union, in 1989-1990 as an assistant, a business manager of
the chairman of ATUC, since 1993 he has been a head of the organization work
and information department and in 2006 he became Secretary- Head of Apparatus.He is a member of
All-Trade Unions Confederation Council and Assembly of ATUC. He was awarded
with "an Honored Worker of Culture" honorary title and "100th Anniversary Medal of ATUC" for
his special services in the development of Azerbaijan Trade Unions.
He is a member of the council of transmission of “Public television and radio” company.
According
to the order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic dated 21.10.2015 Hasan
Shahhuseyn oglu Jafarov was awarded with the “Taraggi” medal for his services
in the development of trade union movement.
He is married and has a child. Secretary of ATUC, Head of Finance Department
Galib Garibov was born in 1959. He graduated from Azerbaijan University of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade in 1981.He began his labor activity as a worker of Absheron district of Caucasus Oil Pipelines in 1976. Since 1979 he worked as a state income economist at financial department of 26 Baku Commissariat. Since 1983 he has been working in the system of Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation. He leaded financial department of ATUC from 1993 to 2006 and in 2006 he became Secretary of ATUC-Head of Financial Department.
He is the member of ATUC Assembly. He was awarded with "an Honored Worker of Culture" honorary title and "100th Anniversary Medal of ATUC" for his special services in the development of Azerbaijan Trade Unions.

Atash oglu Garibov was awarded with the “Taraggi” medal.
He is married and has 3 children.
Secretary of ATUC
Kazim Teymurlu was born in 1956. He graduated from State Pedagogical Institute of Nakhchivan in 1984.He began his labor activity as a worker in 1980, held different responsible positions and in 1990 he was appointed as a chairman of Trade Unions Council of Nakhchivan Region. From 1992 to 1995 he worked as I vice chairman of ATUC. During 1995-2006 years he was working as an Adviser of ATUC and since 2006 he has been working as a Secretary of ATUC.
He is the member of ATUC Assembly. He was awarded with "an Honored Worker of Culture" honorary title and "100th Anniversary Medal of ATUC" for his special services in the development of Azerbaijan Trade Unions.

Vali oglu Teymurlu was awarded with the “Taraggi” medal. He was married.
He is married and has 3 children.
