Occupational Safety and Security Issues Discussed at the Metropolitan Workers Trade Union's Assembly

On 29 November, the Conference and Assembly of the Metropolitan Workers' Trade Union (MIT) were held. At the conference, issues related to the amendments and additions to the Collective Agreement signed between Baku Metropolitan CJSC and the Metropolitan Workers' Trade Union for 2016-2019, as well as changes in the structure of the NRC's Control and Inspection Commission were discussed. At the meeting, the report on work carried out on labor protection and safety for2018 and the forthcoming tasks were heard. Arif Mardanov, chairman of the Metropolitan Workers Trade Union, spoke about the challenges ahead.
