Metropolitan workers began a blood donation

A traditional blood donation campaign was launched on February 12-13 with the initiative and organization of the Metropolitan Workers' Trade Union and with the support of the Metropolitan Municipality to help people suffering from hemophilia and thalassemia, especially children, and to increase their blood supply.
The aim of the campaign is to help

increase blood supply to them.
The bleeding process took place on
February 12 at the administrative building of Baku Metro CJSC. 22 structures
and 166 donors participated in the process. On February 13, 158 people received
blood from the Narimanov subway station.
In total 324 people participated in the
blood donation.
The action was held under the
supervision of doctors-hemotologists of the Central Blood Bank of the
Scientific Research Institute of Hematology and Transfusion in Bahadur Eyvazov.
