He was born in 1951. He has a higher education. He
graduated from the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute in 1972. He worked as a
master in the Ministry of construction installation of Azerbaijan, as a
foreman, as a head of area, as the Chief engineer during 1972-1986. In 1986-1989 he worked as a Chief engineer, the head
of the department in the Mobile mechanical bunch of the Ministry of Road
Transport Azerbaijan Republic.
In 1989-1994 he worked as a head of department in the
Ministry of private construction installation of Azerbaijan Republic.
In 1994-1996 he was a chief of assembly department in
the Ministry of private construction installation of Azerbaijan Republic.
In 1996-2006 he was a chief of department in
Azerbaijan Republic Oil Company in social construction Trust.
From 2010 25 august till 2015 he was a advisor of
chairman in Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation.
On 25 august 2015 he was elected The chairman of the Trade Unions Republican
Committee ofAzerbaijani Enterprises, Private Enterprises and
Knowledge Workers.
In 2003 he was awarded with the medal of progress by
the president of Azerbaijan Republic.
He is married and has 3
children.
