VII Conference of Trade Union of Entrepreneurship, Private Science and Light Industry Workers was held

On 21st of July 2017, VII Conference of Trade Union of Entrepreneurship, Private Science and Light Industry Workers was held. Conference was opened by the chairman Trade Union Republican Committee Mahammadali Salmanov and he gave information of the agenda of the conference.
Deputy chairman Zemfira Bunyatova touched
the issues concerning preparation of collective agreements, and their
implementation and importance. She said that there was not central body in
enterprises which were at our service. All of them were private and moreover,
staff of the most was small. This makes it possible for entrepreneur to act in
accordance with its own interests to workers.
In 2016 our committee was able to conclude
a collective agreement with 1325 enterprises where there were 23860 workers.
After the intervention of the committee
workers were restored to their work places where they had been fired. Over 5
years 2280 pleas, complaints were regarded and most of them were solved.
At the
meeting of our organization decisions and suggestions were made by a member of the trade unions organization
about re-election of Sattar Mohbaliyev as a chairman at the 5th
congress of Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation. That is why our conference
advises to the delegations to be elected to the 5th congress to
nominate Sattar Mohbaliyev candidacy again as a chairman of Azerbaijan Trade
Unions Confederation.
Mahammadali
Salmanov became chairman of the committee again and Zenfira Bunyatova and Mehman Farzaliyev his deputy.
