Sattar Mohbaliyev repaired the house of the martyr's family at his own expense
07 Jan 2021
We can say unequivocally that 2020, which has already become history, was a very difficult test period for all countries and peoples of the world.
And the COVID-19 pandemic, which is at the heart of this
problem, still continues to threaten humanity. However, despite all these
difficulties, last year went down in history as a year of great historical
victory for Azerbaijan. Demonstrating
a large-scale unity and solidarity, perhaps unprecedented, our people, led by
the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the
Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, waged a war for the liberation of our homeland
and won it.
Today, as a victorious country, a victorious people, we
are already building in our liberated lands. Of course, over time, as the devastation
caused by the Armenian occupation is removed, the pain of the war will be
gradually forgotten. However,
one truth will forever remain in the memory of our people, and this will be the
memory of our martyrs and veterans who brought us victory. As President Ilham
Aliyev has repeatedly said, we have liberated our lands at the expense of the
blood of our martyrs and the health of our veterans.
Undoubtedly,
the Azerbaijani state, as always, takes great care of every martyr's family and
every veteran. Our state pays special attention to meeting the needs of these
people, from material security to the solution of all social problems. However,
the charitable work of various institutions and organizations, as well as
individuals in this direction is also important.
The
Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (ATUC) is also an independent organization
that always responds to all the challenges posed by our state and supports
various projects. However, our topic today is not about the good deeds of the
organization, but about the good deeds of the chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade
Unions Confederation, MP Sattar Mohbaliyev. This act is that Sattar Mohbaliyev
repaired the house of the family of our martyred officer, Lieutenant-Colonel
Sadi Musayev at his own expense.
It
should be noted that the martyr Musayev Sadi Suleyman oglu was born in 1979. He
graduated from the Military Lyceum named after Jamshid Nakhchivanski, then the
Azerbaijan Higher Military School named after Heydar Aliyev. He was a
professional military officer. Those who know Sadi Musayev say that his true
professional military qualities not only boosted his confidence in the
commander of the fighting personnel, but also had a positive effect on their
morale. Sadi Musayev, who served with honor in Tartar, Fizuli and Beylagan, was
promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel. In 2016, Sadi Musayev also took
part in the April fighting.
Today,
in the house located on Chingizkhan Karimov Street, Khatai district, lives the
family left to us by the martyr Sadi Musayev - his wife and a son and a
daughter, who are the relics of our martyr. This is the house that Sattar
Mohbaliyev repaired at his own expense.
In fact,
the essence of such good deeds is many times more important than just financial
support. The point is that it is extremely important that we maintain the unity
and solidarity we achieved during the war. If we fail to do this, the souls of
our martyrs will be broken. If we fail to maintain or even strengthen our
unity, the wounds of our veterans will not heal. Completing the work that our
martyrs could not finish, taking care of their monuments should be a sign of
our unity.
