On September 23, Baku Metropolitan CJSC held a meeting with the children of metropolitan employees who have earned high scores.

Arif Mardanov congratulated the students and said that you should know that the
independent Azerbaijan State, created and entrusted by our great leader Haydar
Aliyev, should further develop and technologically and economically thanks to
you. It should join the ranks of the leading nations in the modern world for
its strength. Most of the people here are aware that a number of youth projects
have been implemented in our country in recent years and this work is
continuing. All this shows the great care and hope of the independent
Azerbaijan and its leader for young people.
Today, the state of Azerbaijan in terms of its
economic potential is at a level comparable not only with our immediate
neighbors - post-Soviet republics, but also with many developed countries of
the world. The economic growth, led by President Ilham Aliyev in recent years,
gives us a glimpse into the future, while also giving us hope for the future. Any
economic project implemented today in the geographical location of Azerbaijan
is impossible without our participation. Of course, all this is due to the
political stability that has been established in our country. Political
stability is an important factor for economic progress. Leading companies in
the world and representatives of the business world in general do not invest in
political instability. It is precisely the political stability in our republic
that has caused billions of dollars in the economy of Azerbaijan and foreign
investment.
The biggest problem of all of us today is the
fate of our occupied lands and our compatriots who have been forced out of
their ancestral lands. I hope that in the near future this painful issue will
be solved, our lands will be liberated from the occupiers and the internally
displaced persons will return to their native lands. All this is one reason.
You young people need to know that by getting high scores, you not only gain
confidence in your parents, but also become a force that can be a backing for
our people and, most importantly, our state. Our state will do its best for you
to become a professional and will do your best.
Congratulations to the youth of the Baku Metro
management at this magnificent meeting room today is a manifestation of that
state's concern. A one-time scholarship for students enrolled in higher
education by earning 600 or more points was discussed and incorporated into a
prospective work plan. That is, every year since 2015, the MRI has been doing
this and I believe that our initiative will bring joy to the metropolitan
children.
This year, we are committed to honoring our
Metropolitan children by staying true to our tradition. So, at the MICC meeting
on 04.09.2019, 500 (five hundred) manat for each of the five (5) metropolitan
children enrolled in higher education by earning 600 or more points in the
entrance exams to universities of our country this year. it was decided to
award the award. I think that more metropolitan children will earn high scores
next year.
