The final concert of the festival of artistic creativity among students of higher and secondary special education institutions was held. The festival is dedicated to the 96th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
Deputy Minister of Education Firudin Gurbanov said
that during the years of national leader Heydar Aliyev's leadership, rapid
development of all spheres, including the education system, and the great
leader's ideas have been successfully implemented by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to
F.Gurbanov, 17 high schools and 10 colleges have participated in the festival
this year. About 800 students attended the festival in two stages. Chairman of
the Azerbaijani Trade Unions Confederation, MP Sattar Mohbaliyev spoke about
national leader Heydar Aliyev's invaluable services to his native Homeland and
the people. He pointed out the importance of the artistic festival in terms of
efficient organization of leisure time for pupils and students, in revealing
talented young people. The main purpose of the festival, organized by
the Ministry of Education and the Free Trade Union Republican Committee of
Education Workers, is to educate students in the spirit of patriotism, respect
for national traditions, reveal talented young people and raise their
artistic-aesthetic level.
