President of the “Khidmat-Ish” Trade Union Federation Ilyas Aliyev Alkhas
He was born in 1957. He graduated Institute of National Economy after D. Bunyadzade. He started his work action at “ Azərkəndtəsərrüfattexnika” and worked in different positions. He had worked at the trade union organization since 1981 and upgraded his position from the instructor-inspector to the chairman of the Consumer and Trade workers Trade Union Republic Committee. In 2000 he was elected the president of the “Khidmat-Ish” Trade Union Federation which was appeared as a result of the connection some branches of trade union.
In 1996 he was elected deputy and in 1998 the first Vice-president of ATUC.
He is a member of Trade Unions Confederation Council, ”Assembly” of ATUC and Executive Committee.
Due to the special work to public life of Azerbaijan Republic and trade union’s development he has been honored with the medals of “Taraggi” and "100th anniversary of ATUC".
He has been honored with some of the international trade unions medals.
According
to the order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic dated 21.10.2015 Ilyas
Alkhas oglu Aliyev was awarded with the “3rd degree military
service” order.
He is married and has 3 daughters.
