Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan was held a master class in cultural studies

On May 21, the Association of Culture of Azerbaijan and the "Simurg" Center of Culture conducted a culturological master-course “Way to the height” at the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan within the framework of the project “Culture and Sustainable Development”.
The workshop was attended by the chairman of the
republican committee of the trade union of cultural workers, Jamila Sattarova and
other workers of the organization.
The goal of the lesson is to help systematic
culturological thinking and intellectual development of young people and to
master new universal knowledge, methodology of cultural studies, research,
teaching and management methods.
The presentation, made in the framework of the master
class, consists of more than 60 slides, which describe the concepts of culture,
ethics, psychology, thinking and behavior, work and management, and also form
the ability to develop personality, make the right decisions, communicate
effectively and respond wisely to challenges of time. The self-management
lesson describes the secrets of successful life and work based on universal
knowledge and experience, goodwill and wisdom, effective labor technologies,
proper education, decent behavior, high organizational and managerial and human
and international culture.
The formation and development of competitive human
capital and high-tech human society are important for the social functioning of
the population, improving the culture of work and productivity in all areas of
professional human activity.
The lecture was attended by a professor from the history
department of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the
Republic of Azerbaijan, Fuad Mamedov, as well as the Cultural Association and
the Center for Cultural Studies Simurg.
