The Executive Committee of the ATUC

The next meeting of the Executive Committee of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan was held on July 21.
Before
passing to the agenda of the meeting, chairman of the ATUC, Member of
Parliament Sattar Mohbaliyev submitted to the members of the Executive
Committee of the Agalar Valiyev, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the
“Azeraqrartikinti” Joint Stock Company.

Trade Unions Confederation has received 1698 reference and complains from the members
of the Trade Union in 2016, including 437 appeals via e-mail, which means a
0.9% increase over the previous year. The letters of gratitude indicates that
the new recreation centers that have been used in recent years make the trade
union and family happy, strengthen their health, and increase the efficiency of
their work.
Article 294
of the Labor Code substantiates the establishment of a body that meets the
individual labor dispute before the court, in its collective agreement. Thus,
the establishment of the Commission for individual Labor Disputes in all
collective agreements is to be considered intended by the workers to protect
their violated rights without the expense of the state labor inspectorate
service and the courts, without delay.
All the issues raised on the agenda were accepted.
The chairman of the ATUC, Member of Parliament Sattar Mohbaliyev gave his
opinion and advice on each issue.
