Graduation from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and "Knowledge Day"

On September 17, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), with the support of the Trade Union, held a graduation event and an event dedicated to Knowledge Day.
At the event held at the Ministry of Emergency
Situations, Ministry of Emergency Situations, MP Aydin Mirzazadeh, head of
Surakhani district executive power Ilgar Abbasov, chief of Heydar Aliyev Higher
Military School, Major-General Fizuli Salahov, Academy of Public Administration
named after Heydar Aliyev, - Allahveren Ismailov, Chief of the Police Academy,
Major General Nazim Aliyev and Chief of the Higher Military School of Internal
Troops Major General Ilgar Mammadov, personnel of the Ministry of Emergency
Situations, guests and parents.
First, the
participants laid flowers at the monument to the great leader Haydar Aliyev in
the courtyard of the Academy.
Then, the
Ministry of Emergency Situations held an event dedicated to graduation and
Knowledge Day. The National Anthem was played and the National Flag was formed.
Then the cadets took an oath.
Addressing the
ceremony, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Lieutenant-General Etibar
Mirzayev congratulated the graduates and their vaudeville. The Deputy Minister
noted that cadets, who have taken an oath by the military, must always be ready
at the command of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Supreme
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mr. Ilham Aliyev, to protect our
homeland and our flag. Reminding that the idea of the great leader Heydar
Aliyev to train highly qualified military personnel in Azerbaijan has always
been in the focus and this policy has been successfully pursued by Mr.
President Ilham Aliyev, the honorable and honorable people of the Academy will
be future graduates of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. spoke about the
importance of being able to cope with the mission.
Chief of the
Academy, Major General Baba Salayev also congratulated the graduates and spoke
in detail about the state care for the development of education in Azerbaijan
and wished them success.
The Honorable
Honored Trainee, who graduated with honors from the Ministry of Emergency
Situations, spoke on behalf of his fellow students and expressed his gratitude
to the Ministry and the teaching staff of the Academy.
The Minister
of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov was informed that
the 2019 graduates of the Academy were given "Lieutenant" military
and special ranks and diplomas were given to graduates.
Anar Mahmudzade, a graduate of the academy with excellent
marks, has hit the memorial board with a symbolic "tears".
Then the staff of the Ministry of Emergency
Situations accompanied the orchestra sang the National Anthem and the national
flag was handed over to the 4th year cadets.
