On September 24, the Qafqaz Resort Hotel in Gabala hosted a meeting of the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations organized by the Trade Union with the chairmen of the trade union committees operating in the ministry's offices, departments and regional centers.
Opening the meeting,
Chairman of the Trade Union of Ministry of Emergency Situations Mehman Ismailov
made a comprehensive report on the work done by the trade union headed by the
trade union for 9 months of 2019.
The speaker noted
that during the reporting period, the Ministry of Emergency Situations has
organized a number of events organized by the Trade Union, and the Ministry's
staff has been working on cultural leisure, treatment and leisure activities.
For the young children of the Ministry's employees there were organized
celebrations on December 31 - World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and New Year
and Novruz, and the children were given holiday gifts.
In addition, 212
members of the union, who have been distinguished in their dignity and
professional duty, have been honored with valuable gifts and gifts by the Trade
Union.
Organized by the
Ministry of Emergency Situations, with the support of the Ministry of Emergency
Situations, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the VII International
Youth Rescue Competition and the VIII Republican Junior Rescue and Fire
Championship were held in Gabala. At the same time, a number of sporting events
held between the Ministry's departments were supported. Chess, all-around,
table tennis, mini-football, five-team championships were held in cooperation
with the Ministry of Health with the aim of protecting the health of the
members of the Union and intensifying inter-departmental relations.
"As in previous
years, meeting with soldiers has been one of the top priorities in our union's
past," said Ismailov, a military unit numbered at the front office of the
Defense Ministry's Aghdam region on the 9th of May - Victory Day. He said the
soldiers had been given a souvenir and holiday gift from the Ministry of
Emergency Situations with soldiers serving in the military unit N in Barda.
The Ministry of
Emergency Situations, which provides financial assistance to employees who are
financially challenged and injured while performing their duties, also
contributes 20 per cent of the value of the MFN's employees to the Orman
Recreation Center during the summer months to organize leisure activities. was
sent to rest together with members. At the expense of social insurance, 8 union
members were sent to the Khazar recreation center in Nabran and 2 to Shahdag
recreation center to spend time with family members.
15% of the cost for
treatment and rest in Absheron, Guneshli, Bilgah, Shikh and Naftalan
sanatoriums, at the expense of social insurance for 83 people, who have applied
to the trade union and have health problems - In addition, our veterans and
low-income workers who fought to fulfill their debt to the homeland were also
provided with unpaid leave, free of charge. Due to the budget of our union,
eight union members were sent to Naftalan sanatorium.
At the end of the
report, Mehman Ismailov, chairman of the Trade Union of Ministry of Emergency
Situations, said that we would not only be able to deal with labor, social
problems of our members, but also care for their family members' health,
cultural and moral needs. We will try to solve all the standing tasks.
Then the Alliance's Action Plan for the fourth
quarter of 2019 was discussed and the relevant decision was made.
At the end of the
meeting, a group of Ministry of Emergency Situations employees, who turned 50
years old, were presented with honorary decrees of the Ministry of Emergency
Situations Trade Union employees.
