MEMBER ORGANİZATİONS
The Azerbaijan Customs Union Trade Union covers the first
5 trade unions, bringing together more than 4,000 trade union members.
The supreme body of the trade union is the Conference
convened at least once every five years. The governing body of the trade union
during the period of the conference is the Assembly, and the executive body in
the inter-parliamentary period is the Executive Committee.
The Field (Tariff) Agreement, concluded for 2019-2021, is
used to regulate labor, socio-economic, domestic and other relations between
the employer and the labor collective.
