The tasks set by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the development, reconstruction and modernization of the railway sector are consistently implemented with high quality.
In accordance with the state program, road
infrastructure will be improved, locomotives and carriages will be renovated,
construction and construction activities will be expanded year by year.
Regardless of their position, the railroaders, in the true sense of the word,
are genuinely passionate about the progress of our country. They also take care
of their efforts. As a partner, I would like to say that the management of ADY
considers the solution of social and economic problems of railwaymen as one of
the main directions of its activity. This is also confirmed by the commitments
set out in the agreement signed between ADY CJSC and the Republican Committee
of Railways Independent Trade Union. All obligations without exception are in
the interest of the employees. We are now ready to sign a new agreement for
2020-2022. The agreement will reflect new benefits and privileges for improving
the welfare of workers and addressing economic problems. According to the
agreement, the main issues facing the trade union are the creation of safe
working conditions, provision of decent wages, long-term salaries for long-term
employment, accommodation of employees and their families, employees and their
families. Other. Over the last 3-4 years, more than 200 new apartments have
been provided to the railroad family as a result of the care and attention of
the Chairman of ADY Javid Gurbanov. In addition, the average monthly salary was
increased to 526 manat. Last summer, the Lokomotiv Recreation Center relaxed
with hundreds of railroad families. About 300 railway workers are provided with
referrals to sanatoriums of the republic.
Competitions
are held every year under the title of "Best Enterprise of the Year",
"Best Road Officer - Best Specialist of the Year" Competitions are
closed at the end of the year. Winners of the competition will be awarded
diplomas, honorary diplomas and money.
Assistance
is provided to labor and war veterans, sick, disabled, displaced families, and
railwaymen who are in serious financial distress. It was held in September,
dedicated to the professional holiday of railway workers. In total, more than
200 railroad riders participated in the final of the Games, which included
softball, volleyball, table tennis and other sports. According to the decision
of the Presidium, the 1st place team was awarded with cups, diplomas and 2000
manats, the second team diploma and 1,800 manats, the third team diplomas and
1500 manat prizes.
As you can
