A collective agreement was signed

Baku City Education Office (BSTI) signed a collective agreement for 2019-2021 with regional committees of the Free Trade Union of Education Workers in Baku.
The
signing ceremony was attended by Rashad Tagiyev, the head of the Baku City
Education Department, the Deputy Chairman of the Free Trade Union Republican
Committee, Mirza Jafarzade, heads of BTA's structural units, and trade union
committees in the districts of Baku.
In his speech, Rashad
Tagiyev praised the work carried out by the Free Trade Union and the work of
the organization as a whole.
Deputy Chairman of the Republican Committee Mirza Jafarzadeh provided detailed
information on the terms of the collective agreement signed by the parties.
The provisions of this
document were then discussed, and the importance of the collective agreement in
the area of protection of labor, social and economic rights and legal interests
of education workers, as well as the protection of labor.
