Holding of Culinary competitions will become tradition

A culinary competition titled "15th diet" was held in the "Absheron" sanatorium on the initiative of the Organizational-Methodological Council of "Kurort" Closed Joint Stock Company on January 9.
Opening
the event, the head of the treatment and prevention department of the public
Chingiz Mamiyev informed about the terms, conditions and procedure of the
competition. Nigar Nazarli, leading specialist of the department said that the
contest will be held in five nominations. The winners of each nomination will
be determined and rewarded. The team that scores the most points in the
nominations will be declared an absolute winner.
Then the
race started. The first nomination was called homework. Chefs and chefs
asistants who were clean, pretty in their professional dress, with great
enthusiasm, were probably trying to create a culinary miracle on the tables
with their desire to win. They worked very fast and accurate. Without sense,
nominations were replaced by one another. Finally, the 5th nomination has come
to an end. The first prize in each nomination was chosen.
After
many consultations, the jury decided that the chefs of the "Gunashli"
sanatorium were the first, chefs of "Shikh" sanatorium were the second,
the chefs of "Garangush" sanatorium were the third, the chefs of
"Bilgah" sanatorium were the fourth and the chefs of
"Absheron" sanatorium -were the fifth nomination.
An
absolute winner was announced, counting the points earned on nominations. The
representatives of "Bilgah" sanatorium were awarded this island. The
absolute winner was presented by Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions
Confederation (AHIK), President of "Kurort" Closed Joint Stock
Company Abil Agasiyev. According to Abil, the personality and care of the Vice
President of the International Trade Union Confederation, Sattar Mohbaliyev,
has changed significantly in recent years, as well as sanatoriums of
"Kurort" CJSC. Now our sanatoriums have reached a level that can
compete internationally. Today, just because I have a culinary competition, I
will only say a few words about the condition of the canteens of our
sanatoriums. The equipment installed in kitchens, food storage facilities are
the production of best companies. They differ in quality and speed, in good
terms. Imagine that only 15 minutes in "Bilgah" sanatorium are cooked
and delivered to the table. This allows serving at 450 people a day in a
sanatorium canteen.
The
quality of food products and the health benefits are also kept in mind. As you
can see, the chefs are also competent in their professionalism. But we want
further professionalism of the specialists in this field of service. And we
also want them to get to know each other, share their skills and innovations in
the culinary field. It is desirable for us to hold such a competition in order
to achieve these wishes. True, similar types of competitions were organized
earlier. It's also often. It would also be good. We have now restored this
tradition with you. Together we will turn it into tradition. So we will do it
all the time.
