The 110th anniversary of Azerbaijan Cultural Workers Trade Unions

The staff of Azerbaijan Cultural Workers Trade Unions came to Honor Alley, paid tribute to national leader, the architect of the independent Azerbaijan, and laid a wreath on the grave.
Then they commemorated the prominent ophthalmologist,
academician Zarifa Aliyeva and put flowers on the grave.
The 110th anniversary of the formation of
trade union also was celebrated in the International Mugam Centre.
There was sung hymn of Azerbaijan Republic, and were
commemorated soldiers and officers who died for the freedom of the homeland
with a minute of silence.
Then there was showed the video about the Azerbaijan
Cultural Workers Trade Unions.
The chairman of the Committee, Honored Culture Worker
Jamila Sattarova had a speech and
congratulated all the participants by 15 April - the International Cultural Day. She spoke
about the works, which had been done and about the issues and future plans of
the Committee.
The chairman of
Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, the vice-president of International
Trade Unions Confederation, The vice-president of Pan-European Regional
Council, the member of parliament Sattar Mehbaliyev, the deputy chairman of Culture
and Tourism Minister Edalet Aliyev, also the deputy chairman of the state
Committee of the Problems about Family, Woman and Children Aynur Sofiyeva and
others had speech in this event and conveyed their best wishes.
