Winners of the Republican review-competition "The best enterprise (organization) of the year for the creation of healthy and safe working conditions" are awarded

The Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Public Administration and Public Service Workers annually establishes a commission to inspect the working conditions of employees of member organizations.
The
members of the commission check the situation on the spot, prepare a reference
and submit it to the Republican Committee for discussion. The reference is
discussed in the Republican Committee, appropriate measures are taken. The
heads of the enterprises are addressed in writing for the prompt elimination of
the shortcomings. Execution of the appeal is under control. This method of work
is very efficient and effective. The current situation proves it. It is no
coincidence that almost all enterprises of the industry participated in the
Republican review-competition held by the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation
last year under the motto "The best enterprise (organization) of the year
for the creation of healthy and safe working conditions." And all with the
desire to take first place. Admittedly, everyone was right in this desire.
The
struggle was very intense. All companies did their best to be among the best.
The competition was monitored by the occupational safety commissions of local
trade unions, notes were taken, and practical assistance was provided.
Shortcomings
in the workplace that for some reason did not comply with safety regulations
were immediately addressed.
When
discussing the results of the competition, taking into account all the
components, preference was given to the Prosthetic and Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
On
December 3, in the building of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of
Population, a ceremony of awarding the winners of the competition was held to
the representatives of the Center.
Deputy
Chairman of the Republican Committee Abulfaz Mehdiyev addressed the ceremony.
He congratulated the leadership of the winning organization and the employees
of the trade union on the high result and wished them success. He said that
good working conditions mean high production figures. The success of your
company in production is based on the modern, high-quality working conditions
that you create for employees. Another factor that brings success is the
ability of the trade union to work in close cooperation and understanding with
its partners.
Teacher
Abulfaz also congratulated the participants on the historic victory of the
Azerbaijani Army in Karabakh. The President called the military victories under
the command of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev an invaluable
contribution to the future development of Azerbaijan. He said that our people
have already achieved their 30-year dream. The words "IDP" have
already been removed from the Azerbaijani lexicon. Many of our brave sons, who
gave us these victories, were killed and many lost their health. Our warriors
who have lost their health need the products of your enterprise. I am confident
that you will be able to meet this need with high quality and in the right
amount.
