Ibrahimov Anar Adil oglu

was born on August 14, 1976 in the village of Buyukduz (nowadays Buzduz of  Kengerli region) of Babak region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
In 1983-1993, he studied at the Russian Secondary School No. 3 named after Veli Zeynalov in Nakhchivan. In 1993 he entered the Baku Institute of Social Management and Politology of the Faculty of Socio-Political Relations - Political Science and graduated from the Institute in 1997.
During his higher education he graduated from the course preparing Reserve Officers for the Armed Forces, received the rank of Lieutenant military.
He began his career in 1997 as a leading expert in the State Antimonopoly Policy and Entrepreneurship Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
 In 1998 he worked as the head of the department at the same committee, and in 1999-2001 - deputy chairman of the committee.
In 2000-2001, he was the Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
He was elected deputy in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th elections of the Ali Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
On February 29, 2020, he was elected Chairman of the XVIII Conference of the Council of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Republic of  Nakhchivan.
Married and has two children.
