The participants of the Karabakh war are always in the center of our attention

In the Second Karabakh War between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which began on September 27, the Azerbaijani people fought and won with great determination and courage. Since the beginning of the war, a large part of the population has enlisted in the army voluntarily. There were also employees of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences who volunteered for the army and took part in the battles with great enthusiasm during the mobilization. Family members of the employees also took part in the fighting, some were wounded, some were killed and some returned to their families safe and sound. These employees received constant attention during the war and financial assistance was provided to their families. Among such employees are Garibov Ramin Garib oglu and Mustafayev Samir Vahid oglu, employees of the Institute of Radiation Problems. Thus, senior lieutenant of the army Garibov Ramin took part in the battles in Fuzuli, Jabrayil and Khojavend in the frontline from September 21 to December 30, was seriously wounded during the battles in the direction of Jabrayil, was diagnosed with closed head trauma and concussion. He was awarded the Order of Honor of the military command for his bravery in battles. At the same time, Mustafayev Samir, an employee of the Institute and a sergeant-manga commander of the army, visited the frontline from September 29 to January 2 and took part in the battles in the direction of Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan. Like other employees of ANAS who took part in the battles, the families of these employees of the Institute of Radiation Problems were provided with financial assistance in the amount of AZN 1,000 (thousand) by the Trade Union during their battles. The Free Trade Union of ANAS gave free passes to Absheron and Gunashli sanatoriums for January. The solution of social issues of the participants of the first and second Karabakh wars is always in the focus of the Free Trade Union of ANAS.
