Mr.Telman Habib oglu Hachiyev
He was born in
1951 and graduated from Baku State University in 1972. During 1982-1987 he
continued his education in Volgograd at High Investigation Academy of the
Former USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs. From 1976 till 2006 he was working on
various positions at law-guarding bodies. In 2006-2008 we worked as a head of Law
Department of Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC). On April 2008, he
was elected a chairman of Trade Union Republican Committee of Local Industry
and Communal Workers. He is a member of ATUC Assembly and Executive Committee.
He is rewarded with "Həmkarlar ittifaqında xidmətinə görə" medal.
